The installation process of the electrical infrastructure in solar power plants is critical for the safe and efficient operation of the system. Our company provides services with its expert staff in all cabling, termination and component assembly processes at DC, AC and MV levels.
The work starts with the planning and preparation of DC/AC/OG cable infrastructure works throughout the site in accordance with the project. At this stage, cable routes, protection pipes and transition points are arranged taking into account the site-specific conditions.
Then, DC/AC/OG cabling is realized. All energy transmission lines from PV arrays to inverters, from inverters to switchgear equipment and from there to the transformer-cabinet are laid with careful planning in cross-sections in accordance with the standards. Likewise, environmental infrastructure and site lighting cabling are also coordinated within the scope of the project.
During the installation of the inverter, the manufacturer’s instructions are followed exactly and both the mechanical layout and connection processes are carried out by certified personnel under the supervision of an engineer.
After the entire cabling process, DC/AC/OG cable terminations are made. The safety of the system is ensured by using appropriate connection apparatus and insulation methods. In addition, the pulling and termination operations for transformer-cabinet connections are completed by observing the sensitivities appropriate for the job.
In the final stage of the process, cable insulation tests, continuity checks and grounding measurements are performed. These tests, documented in accordance with IEC and local regulations, guarantee the safety of the system before commissioning.
