We carry out mechanical assembly processes, one of the cornerstones of field installation in solar power plants, with our experienced team and high occupational safety standards.
In the process starting from column application, precise measurements are made in line with project-specific application plans and the placement of the columns is realized with millimeter accuracy. The application process is meticulously completed by taking into account the slope, soil structure and project details.
Subsequently, the carrier systems are installed within the scope of construction assembly. Galvanized steel structural elements are assembled on site, ensuring high precision in terms of both static stability and panel alignment. Possible losses and deviations during the assembly process are minimized to ensure long life and durability of the system.
At the final stage, panel assembly operations are carried out. Modules are rigidly fixed to the construction in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and technical specifications. The alignment of the panel surfaces, the angle control and the control of the fixing equipment are carried out meticulously.
